Whether you’re an adult or a teen navigating ADHD, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression or other challenges, I’m here to walk this path with you. Together, we will turn obstacles into opportunities for growth and transformation. My desire to support you in cultivating: Self-advocacy, self-actualization, and self- realization skills ignites my passion daily.
With assorted experience working with Neurodiverse and Neurotypical Individuals, I enjoy providing an inclusive, enjoyable, and safe environments for my clients. I am a pre-licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a graduate of Nova Southeastern University; My approach is integrative, incorporating practices from modalities, such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I believe that one’s journey is filled with peaks and pits. Collaboratively, we will identify, learn, and implement personable tools for a life of fulfillment! It’s always a great feeling to have a supportive team along the way and I’m excited to be a part of your team!
