EFT Tapping is an evidence-based holistic mind-body therapy that rapidly reduces symptoms of anxiety, depression, fear/phobias, and physical symptoms related to toxic stress. EFT tapping was introduced during the 1990s by Gary Craig. He determined that Tapping on various acupressure points on the body would effectively rid it of negative emotions, and ease stress-related physiological ailments. The Veteran's Administration approved EFT as a safe therapy after research showed that it reduced PTSD symptoms by 50% in Veterans.
